Juvéderm® is an injectable filler that softens deep folds and reduces wrinkles in the face, particularly the “smile lines” that run from the corners of the nose to the corners of the mouth. It is also used as a lip augmentation agent and to fill in hollow places and scars on the face.

Botox® is a protein injection used to treat wrinkles and facial creases. It works by blocking signals from the nerves to the muscles. The injected muscle can no longer contract, which causes the wrinkles to relax and soften. It is most often used on forehead lines, crow’s feet (lines around the eye) and frown lines.
